Exercise classes for the older generation.    Classes are specifically designed to help you maintain your independence by improving all-round fitness.  Exercises help strengthen your heart and lungs, maintain strong bones, muscles, improved posture, flexibility and mobility.  Balance exercises are always included to reduce the risk of falls.  Our classes cater for all abilities and are great for your wellbeing., mental health and keeping your brain active.
