Mixed Ability Pilates

Wednesdays, 8.05pm-9pm Pilates

Pilates is a total body conditioning system that helps to strengthen your core, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility and improve mobility of your joints.

Classes are mixed ability and open to beginners and those with experience. Each exercise has different options and levels to suit your experience and ability.

Spaces in the class are limited to ensure enough individual attention – so booking is essential. Please bring a mat to the class (a yoga or pilates mat).

A 6 class pass costs £30 and is valid for 2 months (making it £5 a class). New people can pay for an individual session on the first time to try the class (£6) if preferred.
