Yoga offers a wide variety of benefits including higher levels of strength, increased self-esteem and a greater range of flexibility.  It can be performed by many different people, whether they may be new to Yoga or more experienced.

As an ex GB International Gymnast, Zoe originally participated in Yoga classes to maintain my flexibility, but it enjoyed it so much I became a teacher. This is a ladies only class.

Limited spaces booking essential. £4.50 per class.
