The Hall
Capacity: 100 (social event) or 130 (seated)
- The charge of the Hall also includes use of the Kitchen.
- There are 16 folding tables (5’ by 2’ 3”) and chairs for up to 130 people available.
- Hall is equipped with air conditioning, fairy lights on the walls, a pull-down projection screen, a sound system, and an induction loop.
- We do not normally accept bookings for parties principally for teenagers, 18th or 21st Birthdays

Moulder Room & Pullon Room
Capacity: 20 people per room (40 total)
The folding doors can be opened to make one larger room. Upholstered chairs and small tables are laid out. The rooms are not normally available for hire on a Friday after 7pm. The rooms are not suitable for children’s parties or large gatherings.
Room 4
Capacity: 5 people
This room is available for meetings only. There is a table and chairs. Use of the kitchen is not included in the hire of room 4. This room is perfect for training or small meetings.
The Kitchen
Hall hire includes access to the kitchen facilities, including electric urns, a kettle, large teapots, mugs, cooker, and sinks. A fridge-freezer is also available, although storage space may be limited.
Please note that crockery (other than mugs), cutlery, and washing-up materials are not provided, so these will need to be supplied by the hirer. Use of the kitchen is included as part of the hall hire fee.
Please be aware that hall hire does not include exclusive use of the kitchen. Bar staff and/or other groups may also require access during your booking. If this may be a concern, please discuss your requirements with us at the time of booking.
Cleaning
At the end of your event, we kindly ask that you leave the hall clean and tidy, and return any furniture to its original position. Brooms, dustpans, and brushes are available in the kitchen lobby for your use, and any waste can be disposed of in the bins located within the compound.
Should any damage occur during your hire, please notify the office as soon as possible so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
